Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 29, 2026
Your privacy matters. This policy explains what data Rexcord collects, why, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
When you log in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and the list of servers you can manage. We use this to authenticate you and show the right dashboards.
To operate the bot, we store server configuration you set (such as moderation rules, leveling settings, and custom commands) and operational data like command usage counts and aggregated activity statistics.
When you subscribe, our payment processor Stripe collects your billing details. We never see or store your full card number — we only receive a customer identifier, subscription status, and the email used at checkout.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, authenticate you, deliver the features you configure, process payments, provide support, and keep the Service secure.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your message content for advertising.
3. Message content
Rexcord processes messages only as needed to deliver features you enable (for example, auto-moderation filters or leveling XP). We do not permanently store the content of user messages beyond what is necessary for these features and short-term logging.
4. Sharing and third parties
We share data only with service providers that help us run Rexcord, including Discord (the platform), Stripe (payments), and our hosting and infrastructure providers. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
5. Data retention
We retain configuration and account data for as long as your account or the bot is active in your server. When you remove Rexcord or close your account, we delete or anonymize associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it for legal or accounting reasons.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information.
8. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children below that age.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
10. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact us at support@rexcord.app or through our Discord support server.
