Terms of Service

By adding Rexcord to a Discord server, creating an account, or using our website and dashboard (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a community or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Rexcord is an all-in-one Discord bot that provides leveling, moderation, a server economy, giveaways, invite tracking, and a ticket system, along with a web dashboard for configuration. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

You must have a valid Discord account and comply with Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account and the servers you manage with Rexcord.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may exclude taxes, which will be added where required. We may change prices with advance notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges; your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to use Rexcord to violate any law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware or spam, harass others, or circumvent Discord's rules or rate limits. You may not resell, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or put the Service or other users at risk.

Rexcord, its logo, software, and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. Content you configure (such as custom commands and messages) remains yours.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing Rexcord from your servers and canceling any subscription. We may suspend or terminate the Service for any account that violates these terms or for operational reasons, with notice where practical.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
