Refund Policy

Straightforward refunds. Here's exactly how it works.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be happy with Rexcord Pro. If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, contact us within 14 days of the initial charge and we will issue a full refund — no hard feelings.
This guarantee applies to the first payment on a new subscription. It does not apply to renewal charges (see below).
2. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals. After cancellation you keep Pro features until the end of the period you already paid for.
If you were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, reach out — we review these case by case and aim to be fair.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@rexcord.app or message us in the Discord support server with the email address used at checkout. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. How to cancel
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal, accessible from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges immediately; no further action is required.
5. Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse of this policy, fraudulent chargebacks, or violations of our Terms of Service.
